1 Admissions & Batch Policies
Maheshkumar Sir reserves the right to grant or deny admission based on batch capacity, academic prerequisites, or past disciplinary records. While batch timings are strictly followed, they are subject to change under unavoidable circumstances.
2 Student Code of Conduct & Academic Discipline
We maintain a disciplined, focused learning environment. Students are required to follow all academic instructions, complete daily assignments, and maintain strict punctuality. Attendance and active participation in all weekly tests, periodic evaluations, and the comprehensive board exam series are strictly mandatory. Any form of disruption, disrespect toward teachers or peers, or academic dishonesty will lead to immediate disciplinary action.
3 Fee & Mutual Refund Policy
In compliance with the Central Consumer Protection Authority (CCPA) and Maharashtra State guidelines, we do not impose unfair "zero-refund under any circumstances" policies. If a student must leave a course midway due to a valid, unavoidable reason, the fee refund will be processed based on mutual agreement and discussion. Refunds will be calculated on a pro-rata basis for the unutilized period of the course, subject to reasonable administrative deductions.

Enrolled students are provided secure portal access. Account sharing or credential leakage is strictly prohibited and will result in dashboard suspension. Our student portal utilizes AI-driven evaluation (IntelGrader) for step-wise problem solving.
